Shipping costs are calculated at the Check Out on the basis of the final destination of the delivery. 

Delivery & Services

Product delivery will be with a courier designated by TTM Studio on behalf of Reinhard Plank.

In order to successfully fulfil the delivery of the product(s), We require the presence of the Client (or other person appointed by the Client) at the address specified in the Order Proposal form.

If the delivery can’t be successfully fulfilled, Reinhard Plank will try to contact the Client at the e-mail address provided in the Order Proposal form, with the intent to define and solve non-delivery issues.

If the above-mentioned attempt fails, the Purchase Order will be considered null.

Reinhard Plank will provide communication about the cancellation via e-mail at the e-mail address specified in the Order Proposal form.

In this case, if the Client had already paid the product(s), We will pay back the full amount minus expenses incurred for the delivery retries and for the re-taking of the product(s).

When receiving the delivery, the Client must check the package in order to verify the absence of evident damages, alterations, and to make sure that the package is not altered in its closure parts.

All orders are processed in EURO (EUR, €).

Your order should arrive in approximately 2-7 business days after shipping, Monday through Friday.

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to amend order information once the merchandise has left our warehouse and is on the way to you. In addition we cannot process an order where a P.O. box, APO/FPO, or Freight Forwarder address is given as the delivery address.


Any eventual Returned Products will be re-delivered by Reinhard Plank at the same delivery cost to the Customer, as long as our return procedure is followed.


All prices on our website include V.A.T where applicable, as well as any charges of applicable sales tax in the country of delivery. Rates vary by country but our prices remain unchanged due to various supply chain factors.

Returns & Exchanges

It's important that you feel good with your Reinhard Plank hats, so we are glad to do our best in order to support you in the returns and exchange procedures.

Any eventual Returned Products will be re-delivered by Reinhard Plank at the same delivery cost to the Customer, as long as our return procedure is followed.

Please note any eventual duty costs are at your expenses for returned products.

Please return your unworn item within 14 days from delivery, for a full refund of the goods.

Requested Returns will be collected at your address using an Reinhard Plank trusted delivery service.

We guarantee to refund any item purchased on Reinhard Plank that you are not completely satisfied with, once it is returned to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.

We do our best in order to satisfy your needs and to make the return procedure quick and precise.


Return Procedure

As a Customer you have the right to return the Product(s) from your Order, with no penalty and no requirement to specify a reason, by returning the Products you received to Reinhard Plank within fourteen (14) days from the date such Products were delivered.

In order to make a valid and effective return, please follow these conditions:


  1. Keep items and packaging in good conditions

Once you decide to return the product(s) you must not use them and must take good care of them while they remain in your possession. The product(s) must be returned to us undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered and unworn (other than to try them on) and return them in the same state that they were sold to you. Please note that where possible, any labels or tags must remain intact and the product(s) should be returned in or with its original packaging.

      3. Return products by courier

Ensure the product(s) are in a securely wrapped parcel.

We will contact you to schedule an appointment for the pickup by an Reinhard Plank trusted delivery service.

It is your responsibility to keep all return receipts, making a shipment by registered mail or by any other means necessary to obtain precise proof of the sending date.


  1. Get Refunded

Please note we will refund you in 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date on which we receive the returned product(s) to the specified address. Any refunds made by us will be made to the method of payment provided when you placed your order and will be subject to Reinhard Plank right to withhold amounts for products which are found damaged on return.

You will be refunded the amount you paid for the product(s) not including your delivery charges.

All returns are subject to Reinhard Plank’s verification that returned Products are still in original condition.

We will only accept returns or replacement or refund requests solely for Products that were purchased from the Website Please note that incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled, or altered items will not be accepted and therefore sent back.

Defective Products

If you are unhappy with any of your purchases and feel it may be defective due to a manufacturing fault, please do get in contact with us.

Please do provide as much information as possible concerning the product and the order, eventually including one or more detailed pictures. 

If you return a defective Product to us we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within 30 (THIRTY) calendar days of the day we confirmed to you via email that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the original delivery charges for sending the (defective) item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.

Any eventual custom or import duties imposed on defective products returned to Italy will be paid by Reinhard Plank.
